Thirteen years ago, I set out on a journey that would reshape the way i approach wellness. It all began in a humble spa, where i dedicated countless hours to perfecting my career. The beauty of the work was undeniable, helping people feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and empowered. Yet, beneath the surface, there were challenges that were slowly chipping away at my spirit.

The first spa i worked at, I endured long hours and a toxic work environment. My boss was abusive, leaving me emotionally drained and questioning my purpose. I left in search of something better, only to find myself in a similar situation at another spa. The cycle seemed endless, grueling hours, lack of appreciation, and a culture mistreatment. I knew i had to make a change.

It was during this difficult period that I
realized my true calling was not to work under someone else's vision, but to build something of my own, something that would allow me to break free from the constraints of a traditional workplace and honor my time in a way that was personal and empowering.

and so, House Of Shongy was born.

The first step was simple yet profound, one client, a trusted connection, asked me to bring my services directly to her home due to her busy schedule. What began as a small personal experience quickly snowballed into something far greater. Word of mouth spread like wildfire, and soon, i found myself traveling to various homes, offering bespoke treatments that were tailored to each individual's needs. The flexibility, freedom, and ability to connect deeply with each person gave me a sense of purpose and fulfillment i had never known before.

As more clients came on board, it became clear. House Of Shongy was not just a business, it was a movement built on trust, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. What started as a small, intimate offering had blossomed into a full-time mobile spa service, where luxury, relaxation, and rejuvenation were no longer confined to a building, they could be experienced in the comfort of one's own space.

Looking back, i see those challanging years at the spas not as a failures, but as stepping stones that led me to discover my true path. They taught me the power of resilience. I'm grateful for those experiences, as they provided me with the knowledge and determination to create a business that now serves as a haven for relaxation, healing and transformation.
